Strange Lightweight Aluminium Case is designed for applications where weight is crucial and gear set life is not an issue, Strange offers a lightweight, high tensile, aluminium alloy Ford 9" case. This case, with forged aluminium bearing caps, is a full 20 pounds lighter than the Strange Pro nodular iron unit, yet it has a greater tensile strength than an OEM 9" Ford case.
While not suited for heavier or blown drag race cars, the lightweight aluminium case is ideal for most lighter E.T. sensitive cars and non-blown dragsters.
