If you've ordered an item incorrectly or it no longer suits your needs, it may be returned under the following conditions:

• A 25% restocking fee applies
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns must be requested and sent back within 14 days of purchase

The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Many of the products we sell are special order items sourced specifically for your order.

Once a return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
• Restocking fees and freight costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

• Product prices are shown excluding GST and do not include delivery charges
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination
• Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but may vary
• Prices may change due to supplier updates or currency fluctuations
