Not all products are held in stock at our location. We stock a wide range of popular items, while many others are sourced from our suppliers as needed.
Stock levels are updated daily, and we place supplier orders every business day to keep delays to a minimum.

Yes, we offer trade accounts for eligible customers.
To apply, click the Trade Accounts tab in the main menu and follow the application process. Once submitted, we’ll review your details and be in touch.

GST and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

If your order is still showing as unfulfilled, it usually means we’re waiting on parts to arrive from one of our suppliers before your order can ship.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you’re unsure about the status of your order or need an update, feel free to contact us and include your order number.

Yes, in most cases we can add items to an existing order.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the additional items you’d like to add. Orders can only be updated before they are processed or ordered from our supplier.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or ordered from our supplier, we may be able to cancel it.
Because we place supplier orders daily, cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun. If your order has already been ordered, shipped, or is a special order item, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll advise what options are available.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 10 business days, depending on product availability and freight transit times.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery details.

Yes. We ship both within New Zealand and internationally.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. Delivery timeframes and tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.
For large, heavy, or bulky items, international freight quotes may be required. Contact us if you’d like this confirmed before ordering.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Please contact us before returning any item to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions.
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
- A 25% restocking fee applies to incorrectly ordered items
- Special order items are non-returnable
Once approved, we’ll advise where to send the item and next steps. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note that shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.
