Stock availability
We update our stock levels daily using information from our trusted suppliers to keep listings as accurate as possible and reduce delays or cancellations.
While we carry a large range of products, we don't physically stock everything on site. Our catalogue includes over 10,000 products, many of which are sourced directly from our Australian suppliers as needed.
Order processing & supplier orders
We place orders with our trusted suppliers daily. This allows us to:
- Reduce wait times compared to weekly supplier ordering
- Keep pricing competitive
- Consolidate freight to help keep NZ shipping costs reasonable
- Orders are placed at 10:00am each business day.
- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery timeframes
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 10 business days, depending on:
- Supplier availability
- Product type
- Freight transit times
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Urgent orders
If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and discuss the best shipping options.
