Simpson SA2020 Speedway Shark Series helmets are the latest updates in the Shark Series line. Based on an innovative Italian molding technology, these full-face helmets feature an ultra-lightweight shell that's very strong. The exclusive "Wave Eliminators" provide enhanced aerodynamics, making these perfect for open air racing. Comfort and impact protection have greatly improved with this line, meeting all Snell SA2020 safety standards. For added safety each helmet is head restraint-ready from the box. The eye ports are recessed for a 100 percent shield seal, and you can even add radio communications to any helmet from this line. Get the looks, safety, and technology of the Simpson SA2020 Speedway Shark Series helmets. Helmet ships with one clear face shield installed, additional face shields may be purchased separately. NOTE: This helmet is Snell SA2020-certified and is broadly accepted by race organizing bodies and tracks through 2030. Always verify safety rules with your sanctioning body. The Snell Foundation recommends replacement after five (5) years from the date of manufacture. After this period, the helmet’s protective performance may diminish, and it may no longer meet safety requirements or be accepted for use in sanctioned events or competitions.
