RTS SuperMax Powerglide Transmission Cases
RTS now offers aftermarket TH400 and Powerglide aluminium transmission cases! They are constructed from A356-T6 heat treated aluminium through a permanent mould process which increases strength and ductility over the OEM designs. These are intended to be used in street/strip or high horsepower drag race applications.
Features include:
- Heavy duty 1-piece casting
- Thickened oil pan flanges
- Beefed-up oil pump area
- Heli-coiled oil pump mounting holes
- Redesigned oil passages
- Chevrolet bellhousing
- Stock dimensions- All powerglide parts function
- This case is in the process of being SFI approved
