RTS Heavy Duty Aluminium Super Case kit for Ford 9" or 9.5'' gears

Manufactured from heat-treated A356-T6 cast aluminium, the RTS Super Case offers approximately 15% greater yield strength and 30% higher tensile strength compared to conventional aluminium centre sections. Combined with a reinforced through-bolt design and one-piece billet main caps, the case delivers exceptional rigidity to help maintain ring and pinion alignment under extreme loads.

At the heart of the assembly is a heavy-duty 5-bolt billet pinion support featuring a full 360° oiling channel to maximise lubrication to the pinion bearings. The support is designed with dual locating surfaces within the case bore, providing superior pinion shaft stability for improved bearing life, gear durability, and overall drivetrain reliability.

To further increase strength and longevity, the RTS Super Case incorporates oversized pinion bearings, an oversized tail bearing with a screw-on retainer plate, solid steel side adjuster nuts, and larger-than-OEM 7/16" fasteners securing the pinion support.
