Proflow brake proportioning valves are adjustable between 100 and 3,000 PSI (depending on model) with a twist of a knob or the flip of a lever, and most can reduce pressure up to 57%. They let you adjust brake bias quickly and easily to compensate for changing track conditions, or for big and little tyre combinations.
