Pro-Werks Profiled Mid Engine Plate (PWC52-416)

These Pro-werks profiled mid-plates are shaped and ready to install, complete with the drilled bolt holes for chassis mounts. Available in different thicknesses, for either 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" diameter tubular frame rails, measuring 19-1/2" centers on the frame rail notches. Includes Chevy dowel pin locations, 6" diameter center hole, and two 2" diameter vent holes. Compatible with Pro-werks profiled front motor plates. If you are building a new car, this is a great way to go. Understand that if you are replacing an existing motor plate, the notched locations may not match what you have - unless your original is a Pro-werks profiled Motor Plate.

All of the Pro-werks Motor Plates are precision CNC machined from premium 6061-T6 aluminum to exact tolerances for optimum fit and finish. The accuracy obtained from CNC machining is superior to die stamping, laser or water jet cutting methods that have grown to be popular by other manufacturers. Proper engine alignment can only be achieved with accurate locating of the engine to the drive train. This is an area that should not be compromised.
