All Powerbond Race series Balancers are manufactured from forged steel which is far stronger then cast iron and gives more wear resistance were the oil seal runs on the crank nose of the balancer. Powerbond Race balancers are carefully designed to minimize weight and offers a far stronger harmonic balancer then OEM or competitor balancers. Powerbond Race balancer Ring and hub components are chemically primed and assembled in highly accurate pre-heated steel press die. Specially formulated rubber is injected into the part and cured in the mould for optimum strength, giving unrivalled rubber to metal bond. Powerbond Race harmonic balancers have a Steel circlip which encapsulates the ring to meet SFI 18.1 race  certifications and safety standards. All balancers are dynamically balanced, painted in a two stage painting process and have laser etched timing marks.
