Molded oil pan gaskets provide greater ease of installation as well as superior sealing characteristics in an on-again/off-again situation. These gaskets are constructed with a rigid carrier and compression limiters to prevent overtightening. Silicone rubber materials provide a long service life and multiple sealing beads prevent oil leaks.
