Damaged and/or worn rocker arm balls will increase friction and allow for erratic and inefficient arm movement leading to premature engine failure. A new Melling ball provides a proper base for accurate valve train adjustment. Melling rocker arm balls are manufactured to high quality and material standards. Melling recommends new rocker arm balls with every engine rebuild.
