LS1 Full Length Engine Swap Header fits 1968-1972 Chevelle/El Camino/Monte Carlo/Sprint applications. Hooker has a complete line of engine swap headers, front frame mounts and transmission mounts for popular engine swaps. Available for Chevy, Chrysler & Ford small block and big block engines. Compatible with stock floor shift linkage only; intent to provide column shift operation will require the use of a Lokar, Speedway Motors or similar column linkage/cable shifter assembly that deletes the stock lower frame shift linkage parts in the area of the collector._x000D_ _x000D_ Breaking in an engine with ceramic coated headers WILL result in damage to the coating and will VOID all warranties. Ceramic coated headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before they will withstand extreme heat. Hooker recommends using cast iron exhaust manifolds or old headers to break in new engines to avoid coating damage.
