Dress up and open up your ZL1, CTS-V, or ZR-1 with Holley Hi-Flow Fuel rails. The bright dip, black anodized rails come with laser etched EFI logo for long-lasting good looks and are a direct replacement for the rails on the factory blower or any other supercharger that was designed to use OEM rails. For perfect sealing, the 534-285 kit has been machined to accept -8 (3/4-16) ORB ports which use O-ring fittings. But, to utilize your factory fuel line quick-connect, just add P/N 534-211 adapter kit for a quick and easy install. The included brackets are for factory-height injectors (33.60mm).

• -6 (9/16-18) ORB ports can be used as fuel gauge/sensor locations by using a -6 ORB to 1/8 NPT adapter (sold separately). Can also be used for fuel pulse damper (sold separately) mounting locations
• 21/32” (0.656”) diameter fuel passage provides the flow capacity for high horsepower applications
• ¼” (0.25”) diameter fuel passage feeding each injector
• Brackets are included for factory height injectors (33.60mm)
• Compatible with factory fuel line quick-connect by using P/N 534-211 adapter kit (sold separately)

NOTE: System fuel pressure must be relieved before proceeding with disassembly. Refer to the vehicle service manual for procedures and precautions. _x000D_ _x000D_ SPECIAL TOOL REQUIRED: 3/8" Quick-Connect Release Tool to disconnect the factory fuel line (these are inexpensive and available at the local auto parts store).
