Flowtech Headers are the perfect combination of quality and value. This shorty style header is popular for "LS-Engine" swap projects. They fit the popular 03-13 Chevy Silverado/Tahoe/Yukon V-8 6.0L, 2WD/4WD.
Features and Benefits
ā¢ Mandrel-bent tubes provide consistent tubing diameters for smooth flow and increased exhaust velocity
ā¢ Heavy duty 16-gauge tubing for increased strength and durability
ā¢ Smooth transition, 1-7/8ā diameter primary tubes are used for increased exhaust flow increasing performance and improving throttle response
ā¢ OE style 2-1/2ā collector connects to factory exhaust head pipe with no cutting or welding
ā¢ TIG-welded, machined 3/8ā header flange for a leak-free seal and maximum strength
ā¢ Premium aluminum header gaskets included
ā¢ Coated in high heat resistant black paint
ā¢ Headers are a must upgrade if you are using a cold air intake, cat-back exhaust system or tuner
For extra plug wire clearance on cylinder 6, use a 90 degree plug boot angle. See Accel part 170901C.
