When installing aftermarket exhaust headers, you will need new header bolts or studs, factory exhaust manifold bolts won't work as the flange could be thicker or the original bolts could be damaged. Upgrading to studs can allow for easier install and removal of your exhaust manifold. All studs feature a bullet nose radius on the ends to help locate the pan rail holes, this also allows the nuts to be easily installed without the risk of cross threading.

These Aeroflow header studs are made from chrome moly 8740 material for high strength properties. They are coated in a black oxide for protection and long-lasting durability. Each stud features a compact 12-point head which is ideal for use where space is minimal especially on aftermarket header flanges.
