Aeroflow M8 x 1.25mm Titanium Stud, Hex Locking Nut and Washer Kit Sold as One Stud, One Flat Washer and One 6 Point Hex Locking Nut (AF55-2015)

Aeroflow Performance titanium studs are 45% lighter and stronger than your regular steel stud and nut combo you find at your local bolt shop. The high strength and super lightweight Titanium 6Al-4V grade (Grade 5) studs are the perfect replacement for turbo manifolds, exhaust headers or intakes. The use of factory OEM bolts and studs they can result in stripped or broken bolts and inadequate clamping force, resulting in leaks. Aeroflow Performance titanium stud and locking nut combo incorporates a hex key tip that allows them to be easily installed using an Allen wrench. Titanium 6-point single hex locking nuts and washers are included. These all-metal locking nuts have no plastic inserts of any kind. They're effective under even the harshest conditions, extreme temperatures and works well under a high level of vibration. Note: Locking nuts will wind on freely until they hit the metal inserts at the top of the nut, then a tool is required to tighten nut all the way down.
