Looking for a replacement fuel cap for our Aeroflow fuelcells or an alternative when building a custom fuel cell. This flush fuel cell caps are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium and they feature a bright black anodizeor polished finish for great looks and corrosion protection.
These aircraft style flush caps are designed for fast cap removal with a flip up and twist action with a one-way air valve incorporated into the cap.
These Billet Fuel Cell Caps are available to suit Aeroflow, Jaz or RCI fuelcells. The Aeroflow fuel cell caps are 12 bolts with a 120mmbolt circle. While the RCI fuel cell caps are 134.5mm bolt circle. Each suit a 4" (102mm) hole. Stainless steel hardware is included for an easy installation.
