These AFR stud girdles are designed to eliminate the rocker stud flexing and associated horsepower loss that come with today's high-lift cams and high-pressure valve springs. They are manufactured from anodised aluminium. The AFR stud girdles will maintain valvetrain longevity throughout the engine's entire rpm range. Adjusting Nuts not included with stud girdle, must be purchased separately. Use AFR6214 for 7/16" studs
