Aeroflow Billet Aluminium Radiator Over Flow Tank - Black (AF77-1021BLK)

When your radiator coolant gets too hot, it will blow through your overflow spout and all over your engine bay unless you have an overflow tank. Aeroflow's overflow tanks are available in polished billet aluminium or anodized black with 3/8" barb fittings for a simple installation. They will allow the coolant to expand and then recover as the temperature drops.

This tank features two -4AN male fittings end of the tank with two -4AN female to 5/16" (7.95mm) barb fittings. Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminium and includes two billet aluminium mounting brackets & hardware.

To plumb up this tank one fitting on the tank should go to the radiator neck spout. The other barb will be attached to long tube that is mounted inside the overflow tank. This is an extra barb that is designed if the tank gets too full it needs to empty so pressure is not built up inside. Ensure to plumb this barb away from moving components or extreme heat sources to avoid any damages or accidents.
