A brake light switch is a switch fitted to your car which closes when pressure is applied to the brake pedal. Itilluminates your brake lights to let other drivers know thatyour car is slowing down. Thisbrake light switch comes in the brake proportioning valve AF300-146 and AF300-148. It features a 1/8" NPT male thread which can be adapted toa variety of applications.
Important Information: Designed to be used with a standard automotive relay. DO NOT run 12 volts into the switch itself or it will burn out and NO warranty will be provided.
