We utilize modern CNC machinery and conduct small batch runs with stern QC processes to manufacture our Cam gears. The gears are CNC machined from premium 6061 T6 aluminum, exceeding original OEM gears in precision. The bevelled tooth edges promote extended belt lifespan and are further strengthened with hard anodizing to ensure longevity. For improved engine tuning, precise degree markings are laser etched onto the cam gear. High-quality fasteners and a heli-coil thread insert in the ring gear enable sufficient torque application while tightening fasteners and accommodating multiple adjustments with confidence that the threads will not stretch or fatigue.
