Reid Racing Powerglide Front Pump (REPGP1)

Reid Racing's replacement Powerglide front pump is a 100% brand new pump designed from scratch to strengthen and update the original Powerglide pump for racing applications. This is not a duplicate of the original GM part. It's a completely engineered and redesigned iron pump for high performance racing applications: high strength cast iron for maximum rigidity and minimum distortion at high temperature; high clutch drum bushing pressure; factory machined for roller thrust bearing.

• Custom, high strength stator support shaft to handle high horsepower
• Extra volume to prevent rocking or backing up when transbrake is applied
• Redesigned oil pathways to increase flow to converter and cooler
• Larger pump gears for more low rpm volume and pressure
• Stiffer castings with ribs to prevent flexing and pressure loss at high line pressure
• Stator support shaft machined for input shaft bushing (if used)
• Preinstalled cooler pressure regulator valve comes standard
• Extra clamping bolts (7 total) to hold pump halves together at high pressure
